From maintaining client records and coordinating documentation to assisting families, therapists, physicians, and community partners, you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for those we serve. We are also proud to be recognized as an Employer of Choice, offering competitive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a supportive environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and connected to meaningful work. **Key Responsibilities & Duties** - Maintain client electronic health records, including opening and closing charts. - Collect and manage medical, developmental, social history, and plan of care documentation. - Obtain and track consent forms, physician orders, certifications, and other clinical documentation. - Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations. - Provide exceptional customer service to families, therapists, and stakeholders. - Upload and maintain documentation in TRAC-IT and other required systems. - Support office operations including scanning, filing, mailing, faxing, and record management. - Maintain compliance with HIPAA and SOAR365 policies. - Participate in training, meetings, and team initiatives. **Requirements & Qualifications** - High School diploma or GED required; related education preferred. - Experience in healthcare, therapy, pediatric, or clinical office settings preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent customer service and organizational abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment. - Knowledge of Early Intervention Services, infant/toddler development, or Part C programming preferred. **Hours & Schedule** Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time We are currently recruiting for a full-time Clinical Office Administrator; however, qualified applicants interested in part-time employment are also encouraged to apply. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours. Full-time and part-time schedules are available and will be discussed during the interview process based on departmental needs and candidate availability.
