We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service-oriented environment. Job Summary: The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas -including OR and Pre-OP/PostOp- and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Manager - Endoscopy will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes. Experience working Endoscopy cases preferred Supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area preferred Good command of the English language, both verbal and written Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others The knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS accredited by AHA (you can PALS within 3 months of start date) Who We Are We are part of a much larger team with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).
