Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, the Director of Recruiting will serve as the executive owner of BlueChew and MOD’s clinical talent acquisition engine. You will build, lead, and optimize the end-to-end recruitment pipeline for our clinical workforce—including Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants, and medical administrative support teams. This is a critical leadership role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of fast-paced tech startup execution and strict healthcare/medical regulatory compliance. You will work side-by-side with executive leadership and clinical directors to scale our network of licensed providers efficiently without sacrificing quality of care.
