**Clinic Manager** **Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p** The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the PACE Clinic, ensuring efficient workflows and delivery of high-quality, participant-centered care. This role provides leadership to clinical staff, supports clinical best practices, and ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The Clinic Manager partners with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, implement clinical policies, and maintain operational excellence aligned with HopeWest standards. **What is PACE?** PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states. The number of people aged 55+ is increasing in Grand Junction, CO and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise. **What You Bring:** - Bachelor's degree in nursing is required. - Minimum of three (3) years of clinic management experience preferred. - Leadership experience in a healthcare setting required. - Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the elderly (paid or volunteer), or willingness to complete HopeWest provided training. - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado, maintained throughout employment. - Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation with adequate automobile insurance. - Possess and maintain CPR certification throughout employment. - Strong leadership and team development skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to build effective working relationships across interdisciplinary teams - Knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance standards - Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare technology **What We Offer:** - Competitive pay structure starting at $40.67-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience. - UMR Health, Delta Dental, and VSP Vision insurance effective the month following start date - Immediately start accruing PTO and medical leave - Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program. - 15% discount at Spoons Bistro & Bakery, and Heirlooms locations - Up to 3% match on 403B retirement - Employer paid life insurance and Employee Assistance Program - Additional pay for bilingual fluency - Tuition reimbursement program **Together, through creativity, volunteerism, and philanthropy we change the experiences of aging, illness, and grief – one family at a time.** *HopeWest honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.* *This position will be open until filled.*
