## Job Title: Regional Clinic Manager – Neurology **Location:** Corpus Christi, Texas **Reports To:** VP of Clinic Operations **Pay Range:** $60,000 – $68,000 annually, based on experience ### Position Summary The Regional Clinic Manager is responsible for the operational, administrative, and people-management oversight of our outpatient neurology clinic in Corpus Christi, TX. This role ensures efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with medical, regulatory, and organizational standards. This position requires strong medical leadership experience, the ability to manage multi-site operations, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day clinic performance. Neurology experience is preferred, but not required. ### Key Responsibilities #### Clinic Operations & Performance - Oversee daily operations of both neurology clinics to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality standards - Monitor clinic workflows, patient throughput, scheduling, and resource utilization - Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase productivity and patient satisfaction - Ensure clinics are operating within budget and aligned with organizational goals #### Leadership & Staff Management - Directly manage front desk staff, medical assistants, EEG technicians, schedulers, and support staff - Serve as the primary operational liaison between providers and executive leadership - Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate clinic staff as needed - Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching, corrective action, and development plans - Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and patient-centered care #### Provider & Medical Leadership Support - Support neurologists, nurse practitioners, and clinical providers by addressing operational and staffing needs - Collaborate with medical leadership on clinic growth, scheduling optimization, and service expansion #### Compliance & Quality - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and state/federal healthcare regulations - Maintain clinic readiness for audits, inspections, and payer requirements - Oversee accurate documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures #### Financial & Administrative Oversight - Monitor KPIs such as patient volume, no-show rates, staffing productivity, and operational costs - Assist with vendor management, supplies, and facility needs for both locations ### Qualifications **Required:** - Minimum 2–5 years of healthcare management or medical leadership experience - Experience managing clinic staff and daily medical operations - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously **Preferred:** - Neurology clinic experience - Experience managing EEG services or specialty diagnostics - Familiarity with outpatient specialty practices - Experience supporting physicians and advanced practice providers ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $60,000 – $68,000 annually, based on experience - Opportunities for growth within a specialty neurology organization - Competitive benefits package (details provided during interview process
