We are proud of our international team of over 400 Novakiders. **We are looking for the client support manager with knowledge of Turkish** at the advanced / bi-lingual level. **Duties:** - Support users in Turkish, solving problems that arise during the lesson. Resolving complex cases in chat or by calls - Assisting with translations into Turkish (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc) - Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot) **Conditions** - Remote work, you can work from almost anywhere - Full time work, 40 hours per week - 5 working days on, 2 days off; both weekend days are working days, and days off are during the week. - Working shifts 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with evening shifts being more common. - Interesting project, please contact us! * * * **Requirements:** - Knowledge of Turkish - C2 - Knowledge of English (at least B2) - Experience of working in a language school welcome - Experienced PC user - Presentation skills - Ability to handle lots of information - Responsibility and care - Multi-tasking
