The ideal candidate should have experience working in a digital marketing agency and excellent communication skills This role involves managing client relationships, conducting meetings, identifying growth opportunities, and communicating digital marketing performance and strategies effectively. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage relationships with assigned client accounts - Conduct onboarding calls, kickoff meetings, and regular client check-ins - Communicate campaign performance, updates, and recommendations to clients - Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution - Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention **Requirements** - Experience working in a digital marketing agency - Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral/American-style accent - Strong communication, sales, and client handling skills - Understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development - Professional appearance and confidence on video calls - Ability to manage US-based clients professionally **Job Details** - Location: Dubai - Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Dubai time **Work Location:** Remote from Dubai
