Client Services Partner, Advertiser Solutions

About the Role: The Client Services Partner, Advertiser Solutions is responsible for supporting Agency/Advertiser relationships within the PubMatic platform as well as working with current partners and internal teams to fulfill clients’ business needs and optimize their spend potential for our publishers. Candidate will do this through various tasks including reporting, general account management, deal implementation and monitoring, and managing terms and expectations for new and existing clients. What You'll Do: Work with teams both internal and external to drive business goals and help our clients exceed their KPIs. This includes: 5–8 years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably in ad tech, programmatic, SSPs, DSPs, or managed services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas in a B2B environment. Strong network or ability to build relationships within holding companies and direct advertiser organizations in Colombia; regional LATAM contacts are a plus. Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, trading desks, managed services, and media agency operations. Fluent in Spanish and English (required). Portuguese is a nice to have. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and manage your own pipeline in a fast-paced, international environment. Comfort with remote work and regular collaboration with stakeholders across multiple time zones and regions. This requires strong communication, autonomy, and a natural desire to build relationships across distributed teams. Who You Are: 3-6+ years applicable customer-facing experience in either Account Management, Client Services, Trading, or Sales roles in the AdTech industry. Relevant experience includes: publishers, ad network/sales house, SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs, ad agencies and programmatic trading desks. Exposure to and familiarity with Programmatic eco-system and industry at large Knowledge of programmatic buying and selling including: pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologies Hands-on-keyboard experience within a DSP (preferably DV360) strongly recommended Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business Data Visualization experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI is a plus Strong presentation (including PowerPoint) and negotiation skills Fluency in Spanish and English is a must; fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus About PubMatic PubMatic is one of the world’s leading scaled digital advertising platforms, offering more transparent advertising solutions to publishers, media buyers, commerce companies and data owners, allowing them to harness the power and potential of the open internet to drive better business outcomes.
