This role ensures a positive customer experience by coordinating service delivery, addressing client needs, and supporting account growth. Acting as a key point of contact, the Client Services Executive works closely with internal teams to ensure services meet client expectations and to identify opportunities for expansion. The Client Services Executive (EMEA) is Accountable for the end-to-end ownership and delivery of up to five strategic client engagements, each exceeding $10M in contract value, driving contractual compliance, operational excellence, and long-term partnership growth.
