About the role You will lead a portfolio of oncology accounts with strong growth potential, partnering with an established client base to deliver impactful publications and medical affairs programmes. Reporting to the Business Director, you will play a key role in shaping account strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the overall health of your accounts. This role combines leadership and delivery oversight, with a particular focus on publications (approximately 70%) alongside broader medical affairs deliverables. Working closely with a talented cross-functional team, you will bring together scientific excellence and commercial insight to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned programmes. You will lead and develop a team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. As a senior leader within the unit, you will contribute to the wider leadership agenda, supporting the Business Director in shaping capability development, driving best practice, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the unit.
