Client Service Liaison

Nationwide Credit Corporation is a successful collections agency located in Alexandria VA. We are currently looking for a Client Service Liaison as a new addition to the Client Service team. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for data analysis, reports and resolving client issues for the organization. **Specific Duties:** - Responsible for coordinating, implementing and monitoring activity for all assigned clients - Monitor business flow to ensure proper distribution to collection floor - Drive compliance of client deliverables to meet on time delivery objectives - Immediately resolve any delays and concerns to client satisfaction - Responsible for data analysis, reports, audits and reconciliations - Communicate client requirements to internal departments and update documentation as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvement - Track and resolve client issues. To include monthly reports and follow up - Daily Back-up to coworkers assuming full relief of assigned duties as needed - Meet client guidelines and have clear understanding of client policies - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** - High school diploma with three years of successful experience in a customer service role - Strong computer skills, technology background - A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation with management, coworkers and clients - The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative - Highly efficient time management and prioritization skills - Extremely detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage to meet multiple deadlines - Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, in person, on the telephone and via email - Excellent customer service and administration skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access - Collections software experience is a plus **Pay Scale:** - $20.00 to 25.00 per hour, based on experience
