Client Service Lead Horizon LTC Pharmacy | Belmont, MI Full-Time | $22–$26/hour About the Role Are you a licensed pharmacy technician who loves solving problems and building relationships? Horizon LTC Pharmacy is looking for a Client Service Lead to serve as the vital link between our pharmacy, our clients, and the patients we serve. In this role, you'll lead our Order Entry team, champion service excellence, and make sure every client interaction runs smoothly — all while helping optimize medication management and patient care for the long-term care communities that count on us. What You'll Do - Lead, manage, and support a team of Order Entry Specialists, holding the team accountable to high standards - Serve as the primary liaison between the pharmacy, clients, and patients to ensure smooth service delivery - Build and maintain strong client relationships, troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively - Identify and document client pain points, then partner across departments to solve them - Lead team meetings focused on identifying, discussing, and solving problems - Enforce best practices in communications and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and help develop new SOPs and support resources - Monitor performance metrics and trends to proactively spot service gaps and drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with the Quality/Compliance Manager on customer service improvements - Travel to regional PACE centers with the Compliance and Quality Manager at least once per quarter - Build cross-functional relationships throughout the pharmacy What You'll Bring Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - Active State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician license - Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Commitment to patient confidentiality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with pharmacy systems and technology Preferred: - Experience in long-term care pharmacy or a related field - Prior experience managing or leading a team Position Details - Employment type: Full-time - Compensation: $22–$26 per hour - Classification: Non-exempt - Reports to: Operations Manager - Includes supervisory responsibility for Order Entry Specialists and the Order Entry SME - Quarterly travel to regional PACE centers Why Horizon LTC Pharmacy?
