We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Client Service Associate** to support our advisors and provide outstanding service to our valued clients. The Client Service Associate serves as a key part of the client journey—from onboarding and asset transfers to ongoing service and advisor support—helping ensure every client interaction reflects the high standards of our firm. **What You’ll Do:** - Serve as a point of contact for client service requests with professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness - Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring personalized attention and exceptional service at every step - Build trusted relationships with clients while delivering a high-touch service experience - Manage incoming client calls and coordinate timely resolution of requests and inquiries - Maintain accurate documentation and detailed client notes within the CRM system (Wealthbox) - Support advisors by preparing for client meetings and ensuring a positive client experience - Coordinate and monitor account transfers from submission through completion - Process service requests including beneficiary updates, withdrawals, account maintenance, and annuity reallocations - Review applications and paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission - Assist with new business processing and operational workflows **What We’re Looking For:** - 2-year degree or greater with a Bachelor’s degree preferred - Kind and collaborative team player willing to assist others - 1+ years in client service or related industry experience - Demonstrates **strong** proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy - Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently - Excellent communication; written and verbal, professional and well spoken - Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks - Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance - Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters **What You’ll Get:** **Pay & Perks:** - Medical and dental insurance - 401(k) - PTO - Team events **Schedule:** - In office: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm - Some evenings required for client events, a few a year **Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions** Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
