NREIG is seeking a full-time Client Experience Specialist to join our growing team in the Kansas City office. Client Experience Specialists (CES) are all about creating a world-class client experience. While maintaining the integrity of our programs, the CES performs intakes of incident reports, compiles necessary documentation for and filings with carriers, tracks accurate claims data and outcomes, and drives efficiency while delivering amazing customer service through phone and email communication. **How you'll make an impact day-to-day?** - **Customer Service:** *receive incoming client inquiries, advise clients on required mitigation for type of loss, and follow up re: information request for claim investigation* - **Recordkeeping:** *receive incident reports and follow department SOPs to organize and set up claim files, accurately record incident, and maintain timely tracking information* - **Collaboration:** *correspond with clients, carriers and third-party adjusters to finalize client claims* - **Team ambassador:** *engage on team initiatives, assist with claims and compliance on investigations, recommend improvements to processes and client experience* **Skills and experience you bring?** - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - 2+ years in client or customer service experience - Comfortability in a fast paced, ever-changing corporate team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize - High attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate work - General knowledge of complex insurance claims, product and underwriting - Tech savvy and proficiency in MS Office Suite - Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience - Valid P&C License **Why you'll enjoy this work?** You'll be a great fit as a CES if you love making a meaningful difference for clients, creating order out of chaos, navigating complex problems through creative problem solving and collaborating with clients, carriers and adjusters through proactive teamwork.
