What you will be doing Supporting executive client networks and experiences Supporting the growth and ongoing engagement of Baringa's executive client networks and wider Client Experience programmes, helping create valuable and meaningful experiences for clients and stakeholders Client communications and stakeholder coordination Drafting and coordinating client communications, including invitations, follow-ups and network communications Drafting internal stakeholder communications and briefing materials Coordinating day-to-day engagement with clients, partners, the C&M team and internal stakeholders Content, thought leadership and research support Drafting content and materials to support network activity, including client communications, event and podcast briefs, insight pieces and thought leadership Supporting flagship research programmes and associated project activity Coordinating content inputs, reviews and stakeholder feedback Client experience and marketing support Supporting client listening and engagement activity, including cNPS, insight coordination and action tracking Owning digital marketing and social media planning across Client Networks and wider CX programmes Coordinating engagement activity linked to executive communities, thought leadership, research and client engagement programmes Programme and stakeholder coordination Coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders and programmes simultaneously Managing project plans, timelines and actions across community, content and research activity Helping identify opportunities to improve engagement, streamline delivery and increase programme impact Your skills and experience Strong marketing, client experience, client engagement and/or events background, ideally within a B2B or pro…
