The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations. As a Client Experience Coordinator you will perform the following critical functions. - Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ. - Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Leadership Team. - Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products. - Work with Leadership to notify when supplies are low. - Assist in all in-store operational processes. - Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times. - Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures. - Attend mandatory training and team meetings. - Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times. - Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times. Experience - - Guest Service Experience (1 year) - Sales and Marketing Experience a plus - Salon Experience Preferred - Current Esthetic Students Preferred Availability: Flexibility + Days, Nights and Weekends Required Education: High School, or equivalent
