Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) is seeking a highly organized and professional **Client Experience Coordinator** to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This dual-role position involves warmly welcoming guests, managing incoming calls, and connecting individuals to the appropriate services within the agency. The Coordinator also supports the Intake Department with data entry, scheduling, referrals, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains a positive, composed demeanor at all times. **Qualifications:** - Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience - OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - AA or BA/BS preferred - Bi-lingual preferred - Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment is highly desired **Key Responsibilities:** - **ORGANIZATION CULTURE:** Promote the mission, values and vision of Community Partners of South Florida. - **TEAM PLAYER:**Work as a part of the team and be flexible. - **MULTITASK:** Demonstrates skill in managing multiple tasks, including effectively navigating the telephone system and visitors to the front desk. **** - **OUTREACH:** Act as a liaison and appropriate representative for the agency with outside social service agencies, schools, and other organizations. - **DOCUMENTATION:** High attention to detail, in order to ensure the accuracy of filing, organizing documents, and inputting data into CPSFL’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and the state Carisk system. **Why join CPSFL family?** - Apply your skills and experience to help drive community transformation. - Collaborate with a diverse network of people. - You will be part of a family culture that promotes trust, love, and human dignity.
