What You'll Do As a Client Associate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting client strategy, renewals, underwriting and analytics processes, carrier management, compliance initiatives, open enrollment preparation, and client service operations. Successful Client Associates develop expertise across the entire client lifecycle while building the technical and consulting skills needed for future growth within our Employee Benefits practice. Client Service & Account Administration Maintain accurate client, policy, and carrier information within Salesforce and related systems. Support client onboarding activities, including carrier notifications, portal access setup, documentation review, and system updates. Assist with implementation and renewal documentation, carrier forms, and benefits administration processes. Manage benefit-related files, documentation, and client records within SharePoint and internal systems. Renewal & Marketing Support Request and track carrier renewals and proposal information. Prepare and organize renewal marketing materials and carrier RFPs. Support the collection of claims, census, benchmarking, and carrier data used in renewal strategy discussions. Assist with proposal comparisons, renewal workbooks, and implementation activities. Strategy & Reporting Prepare benchmarking reports and market analysis materials. Assist with claims reporting and ongoing client reporting initiatives. Support the development of client presentations and strategic planning deliverables. Gain exposure to financial and underwriting concepts through collaboration with Financial Strategists. Open Enrollment & Employee Communications Coordinate carrier participation and resources for open enrollment meetings and benefits fairs. Assist with benefits guide updates and employee communication materials. Support enrollment and post-enrollment implementation activities. Help ensure the timely completion of annual enrollment deliverables. Carrier & Vendor Coordination Communicate with insurance carriers and vendor partners regarding renewals, implementations, documentation requests, and ongoing service needs. Obtain and review benefit summaries, contracts, certificates, and policy documents. Support carrier relationship management and service delivery efforts.
