**Xillium Professional Services** is a clinical support outsourcing company specializing in virtual medical assistant (VMA) services for US healthcare providers. As a Client Alignment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal alignment between our VMA workforce and client needs, directly impacting the quality and success of our engagements. In this position, you will manage the client-staff matching process, maintain a deep understanding of client environments, and oversee relationship health metrics. You will serve as the primary point of contact for reassignment needs, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, and identify opportunities for client expansion. Key responsibilities include: - Own and execute the client-staff matching process, profiling VMA candidates against client requirements for new placements - Maintain ongoing knowledge of active client environments, including EHR stack, specialty, workflows, culture, and enterprise versus SME dynamics - Update and track monthly relationship health scores for active engagements - Serve as the main Services contact for reassignment needs, managing the matching response process - Partner with Sales on pre-close workforce validation for capacity and fit prior to contract signing - Support Marketing and Sales with workforce positioning materials - Identify and surface client expansion opportunities for additional VMAs - Monitor SLA alignment across engagements and proactively flag risks ### Required Qualifications: - Experience in client relationship management or account management as a primary point of contact for clients - Experience matching staffing profiles to client requirements, including resource planning and client-staff alignment - Proven ability to track and report engagement health metrics, SLAs, and delivery risks - Direct people management experience, including managing at least one team member - Proficiency using CRM systems effectively - Familiarity with US healthcare provider operations and clinical workflows - Familiarity with EHR concepts and their role in supporting clinical workflows - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to support client-facing initiatives - Fluent English ### Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree - Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot - Professional working proficiency in Spanish or another additional language - Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Paid time off and paid holidays - Flexible hybrid work environment - Professional development and training opportunities - Employee wellness programs - Opportunities for career advancement within a growing healthcare services company
