Will provide administrative support to MH supervisors and will work under the immediate supervision of the MH Service Area Manager. ## Requirements Graduation with a High School diploma or G.E.D., plus one (1) years of experience in the clerical field preferred. Proficient in the ability to create/analyze complex spread sheets, flow charts, and publisher. Proficient in the use of basic office equipment/functions such as copy machine, fax machine, answering phones, including multi-line switchboard, typing and filing. Ability to reconcile department expenditures. Able to deal with the public/co-workers in a pleasant and effective manner. Certificate in Medical Office Specialist or Business Office Specialist preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
