As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will perform the following duties: - **Clerical Support:** Perform typing, copying, scanning, distributing documents, and preparing reports for education staff - **Record Maintenance:** Update course binders, manage student files, process transcripts, and maintain documentation for reviews - **Event Assistance:** Support graduation, registration, advisory committee meetings, fairs, and orientations by preparing materials and organizing information - **Data Processing:** Scan and upload student records, submit documentation into CWDS, complete wage verifications, and manage required forms - **Office Coordination:** Arrange travel, organize surveys, maintain emergency plans, monitor equipment, and distribute faxed materials - **Program Support:** Send graduate surveys, update contact lists, manage lockers, maintain manuals, and assist with timekeeping duties Interested in learning more?
