This role helps protect classified work areas by maintaining constant observation of work activities, preventing unauthorized access, and enforcing established site procedures. Escorts are expected to maintain a professional presence while supporting secure operations in a high-security environment. **Responsibilities:** - Observe personnel under escort to ensure compliance with security and safety procedures. - Maintain continuous visual contact with individuals in secure areas. - Immediately stop any unsafe or unsecure work to prevent injury or security compromise. - Report all non-compliance issues regarding safety, security, or scope of work to the Escort Supervisor. - Escalate incidents promptly to ensure timely resolution. - Serve as a professional representative of the organization while interacting with escorted personnel. - Maintain situational awareness and remain alert to potential safety or security risks. ## Requirements **Qualifications:** - U.S. Citizenship required; must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card. - Minimum 18 years old. - High School Diploma or GED. - Active and current Secret clearance required. *Select positions require an active TS/SCI clearance.* - Strong verbal communication skills. - Ability to interpret documents and apply rules and procedures accurately. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. **Work Environment:** - Secure facility environment; may involve extended periods of standing and walking. - Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required
