Cleaning Technician

Technicians will perform and support remediation and restoration services of fire damage, water damage, mold damage, storm damage, and commercial services. This can include job preparation/protections, cleaning, repairs, light demolition, and other labor intensive activities. JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES - Respond to service calls as needed - Inventory and Pack-out of contents - Cleaning of contents - Cleaning of residential and commercial properties - Laundry cleaning services - Maintain clean work vehicles, warehouse, equipment, and related - Prepare sites for work activities - Set up staging area and equipment for projects - Perform remediation/restoration process including cleanups and equipment breakdowns REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS - Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Must possess valid IL Driver's License - Must be able to pass a criminal background check PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance. - Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects - Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.
