This is **not an account manager role** and it is **not a desk job**. We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting people, developing relationships, attending events, and creating opportunities. If you notice you have spent too much time sitting behind a computer or in the office, your instinct is to get back out meeting people, visiting referral partners, and creating opportunities. The right person is energized by networking, building relationships, and staying active throughout the day rather than waiting for business to come to them. # REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of outside sales, business development, relationship-based selling, or networking experience preferred - Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people - Highly self-motivated with strong follow-through - Willing to spend most days visiting businesses and referral partners throughout the Rochester market - Comfortable attending networking events and representing the company in the community - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Experience in restoration is helpful but not required—we can teach our services - Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and general business technology is preferred - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation # REWARDS - Competitive hourly base pay - Uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities - Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures - Full mileage reimbursement - Company phone and laptop - Expense account for lunches, networking events, and relationship development - Hybrid work structure with home office flexibility - Direct support from ownership - Opportunity to help build Rochester's newest cleaning and restoration brand from the ground up # RESPONSIBILITIES - Spend the majority of your time in the field developing relationships throughout the Rochester market - Visit referral partners and prospective clients face-to-face - Schedule meetings and lunch-and-learns with key decision makers - Develop relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, HVAC contractors, facility managers, real estate professionals, senior living communities, contractors, and other referral sources - Attend networking events, trade organizations, and community activities - Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners and customers - Track activity and relationships using CRM software - Create opportunities that result in cleaning and restoration referrals This role involves regular travel throughout the Rochester area and is ideal for someone who enjoys being out of the house and interacting with constantly face to face throughout the day.
