Responsibilities include: - Carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, and floor cleaning - Water damage mitigation and structural drying - Mold remediation assistance - Odor removal services No two days are the same. You'll work with industry-leading equipment, solve real problems, and make a visible difference for customers. **Required Qualifications** - High School Diploma or GED - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Comfortable driving larger vehicles, including a Ram ProMaster - Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds unassisted - Basic computer and smartphone proficiency - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Customer-focused with ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, maintenance, or a related field - Previous experience in sales and customer service. - Comfortable educating customers on available services and identifying additional opportunities to help meet their needs - IICRC Certifications are a plus **Professional Growth Opportunities** We invest in our team and support technicians pursuing advanced industry certifications.
