Job Skills / Requirements Part-Time Janitorial Specialist Location: Charleston, WV Status: Part-Time Shift: Evening Shift Monday- Friday, 23 hours per week Compensation: $12.00 / hour Schedule: M: 5 pm - 10 pm (3 sites) T: 6 pm - 10 pm (2 sites) W: 5 pm - 10 pm (3 sites) Th: 6 pm - 10 pm (2 sites) F: 5 pm - 10 pm (3 sites) Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Valid Insurance, Reliable Vehicle and Clean Driving Record Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for a part-time janitorial position in Charleston, WV. This evening role is ideal for anyone looking for consistent, recurring weekly hours with a set schedule. Primary Tasks & Responsibilities Waste Management: Efficient removal of trash, including replacing can liners across all designated areas. Surface Care: Regular dusting, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping/mopping hard surface floors. Facility Sanitization: Comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms. Detail Cleaning: Maintaining clean glass and window surfaces. Additional Responsibilities Equipment & Storage Maintenance: Keep the janitor closet and assigned storage areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition. Maintain equipment to ensure proper operating performance. Team Support: Assist the project crew with periodic specialized project work as needed. Customer Service: Address customer concerns and facility deficiencies promptly, politely, and professionally.
