**Blair Companies Real Estate** is seeking a dependable **Cleaner** to support facility operations and ensure our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in maintaining professional spaces for tenants and visitors. **What You'll Do:** On-Site Cleaning Duties - Perform routine cleaning of sports facility, locker rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, and shared spaces - Sweep, mop, vacuum, windows, mirrors, glass doors, and dust assigned areas - Empty trash and recycling receptacles - Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces - Replenish supplies such as paper products and soap Facility Support Tasks - Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards - Assist with light facility upkeep (spot painting, minor touch-ups, basic organization) - Support seasonal cleaning needs (salt removal, entryway upkeep, etc.) Administrative & Communication - Maintain cleaning logs and supply inventory - Notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment - Communicate professionally with tenants and team members What You'll Bring: - Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required - Ability to work independently and follow a routine schedule - Strong attention to detail and pride in thorough work - Physical ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods - Dependability and a positive, team-oriented mindset **Benefits and Culture** At Blair, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our team.
