The role demands that you expertly select customer orders while meeting productivity goals, moving over 1,000 cases of product each shift, so a strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused are essential. You’ll be building and wrapping pallets with care, so attention to detail and safety are critical. Experience with electric pallet jacks and order-selecting software will smooth your path, but a readiness to learn will take you far. Comfort in a physically demanding environment is key—think of it as your workout for the night! Successful candidates will need a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication skills in English, and basic math ability for counting and measurements.
