▶ ​**Account Receivables – Staff (Full-Time or Part-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America** **Responsibilities** - Oversee and manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation, preferably within a subscription-based business model - Lead the preparation and review of AR aging reports, providing insights and recommendations to management - Lead the development and continuous improvement of collections strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce delinquency, and optimize cash flow **Qualifications** - Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not neccessary - Direct experience working within a rental business model is highly preferred - Demonstrated success in handling AR aging and significantly reducing past-due accounts - Prior experience successfully partnering with external collection agencies and interacting with credit bureaus Salary Range: $ ~ 45K Equal Employment Opportunity Cuckoo Rental America is an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
