Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated candidate for the current opening of **Civil Site Engineer, Peachtree Corners, GA (Northern suburb of Atlanta, between Norcross and Alpharetta).** The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil engineering design, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for delivering successful project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**: - Perform site design and development for residential and commercial projects, including grading, drainage, and utility design - Prepare site plans, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software - Work closely with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure project objectives are met - Conduct site inspections and fieldwork as required to assess project progress and compliance - Assist in preparing engineering reports, permit applications, and technical documentation - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution and completion - Stay informed of local, state, and federal regulations impacting civil site projects **Qualifications**: - **Bachelor's Degree** in Civil Engineering or related field - **2-7 years of experience in civil site design**, with a focus on residential and commercial projects - **Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; on track to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license or already licensed** - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Familiarity with local permitting processes and regulations in the Atlanta area is a plus
