(Contract Specific) ## Qualifications **Working Pattern** **Mon-Fri 8am-5pm /11.30am-8.30pmSunday 8.30am-5.30pm** We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil Parking Enforcement Officer. **As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:** - Deal with queries and resolve problems - Ensure patrols are carried out efficiently and effectively - Issue penalty charge notices to any vehicle parked against restriction and record verbal warnings issued to motorists - Ensure parking equipment is working correctly and report defects promptly - Ensure enquiries from members of the public are dealt with promptly and politely **The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:** - Must have the right to work in the UK - Excellent customer service skills - Good communication skills - Computer literate - The ability to remain calm during conflict and tense situations, and a polite, credible and confident approach when dealing with members of the public - A willingness to work outside in all weathers ## Benefits If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
