We’re hiring a Civil Engineering Designer at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Civil Engineering Designer to help us manage nationwide expansion efforts and support the Internal Design team on Corporate and Branch projects. Primary Responsibilities Ensure Corporate & Branch facilities uphold the EquipmentShare design and engineering standards Communicate efficiently and effectively with internal Project Managers and other stakeholders to develop initial project goals including non-negotiable site design features, budget, and design and construction schedule Execute multiple projects under various deadlines Read, interpret, and explain complex technical documents to peers and leaders. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to interpret site design requirements and to produce constructable specifications, plans, and details Work with outside consultants in the form of client representation or liaison role. Maintain current knowledge of trends, materials, analysis techniques and other. developments in civil engineering – demonstrate a passion for continuous learning.
