Civil Engineer

### We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded Senior Civil Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from project entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and construction administration. **Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering - Professional Engineer (PE) registration required - Registration in Georgia preferred - Minimum of 8 years of professional **land development experience**in the design of commercial, office, higher education, life sciences, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, municipal, and/or Federal projects including: - Managing multiple, concurrent projects - Leading design team efforts - Successfully managing project budgets and schedules - Interfacing with a multi-discipline design team - Mentoring junior staff - Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations - Stormwater experience in Georgia and Southeast USA preferred - Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D - Specification preparation experience preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to foster long term client relationships - Excellent time management skills - Metro Atlanta experience and relationships a plus **Compensation and Benefits:** - Expected Base Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience. - Possible Signing Bonus based on experience. - Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate. - Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance. - Hybrid work schedule (subject to change). - 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution. - **This position is not eligible for sponsorship.** - **No paid interview travel or relocation expenses are offered for this position** ###
