Chip CAD DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in software development, SystemVerilog, or electronic design automation (EDA). Experience with industry-standard tools, languages and methodologies relevant to the development of silicon-based ICs and chips. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or a related field. 2 years of experience in a chip design team. Experience with common Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools. Knowledge of object oriented programming. Ability to write and understand SystemVerilog register transfer level (RTL) code. Responsibilities Own chip development workflows such as integration, or source control and review. Create software solutions that improve the hardware design process through automation. Work with Chip teams on projects, prototype and then deploy tools to make a positive impact on Google's chip hardware development methodology. Develop CAD solutions including flow automation, dashboards, and write documentation.
