Children Services Program Manager

## Description Balance Autism is looking for a **Program Manger** to add to our team! This Leader is responsible for the hiring, training and scheduling of staff assigned to work with children in the clinic and/or community programs. This position also involves coordinating the process of evaluating and giving feedback for job performance collaboratively with the correlating Clinic Supervisors or Program Coordinators. **Top 5 Duties:** 1. Ensures appropriate recruitment, selection, and retention of Behavior Technicians and Autism Associates 2. Assures proper training and ongoing education for staff for all current and future person served 3. Provides information to Clinic Director to ensure effective and appropriate monitoring of metrics related to staffing patterns and needs. 4. Ensures proper management and support to direct support staff and handles employee concerns 5.
