The Tot Spot Early Education Academy is looking for an experienced Child Care Center Director to lead one of our licensed childcare centers in Fishers, Indiana. This Child Care Center Director position is ideal for an experienced Preschool Director, Child Care Director, Daycare Director, or Assistant Director who is passionate about developing people, building strong relationships, solving problems, and creating an exceptional experience for children and families. Qualifications - Leadership experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early childhood education program. - Experience as a Child Care Center Director, Preschool Director, Child Care Director, Daycare Director, Assistant Director, or similar leadership role. - Strong knowledge of childcare licensing regulations and center operations. - Experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently solve problems. - Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle routine challenges independently while recognizing when ownership should be involved for significant legal, financial, safety, or strategic matters. - Indiana Director qualifications preferred (or ability to qualify).
