This role allows you to balance your week between: - **Telehealth:** Connecting with families from a professional remote setting. - **In-Person:** Building deep, face-to-face rapport within the Arizona community. **What You’ll Need to Join Us** ✔ **Education:** Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. ✔ **Licensure:** LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!). ✔ **Experience:** 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus. ✔ **Age:** 21+ years old. ✔ **Clearances:** Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification. ✔ **Insight:** Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."
