Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure with the NH Board of Mental Health Practice. ## Description We are seeking a **Full-Time Master’s level Mental Health Counselor** with experience working with children and adolescents in our Lebanon ,NH office. **Child and Family Clinicians** at West Central Behavioral Health provide a full range of outpatient services including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, crisis management, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy. We provide counseling in person and via telehealth as appropriate to target mental and behavioral health needs in individual ranging in ages 0-18. At West Central Behavioral Health, clinicians are members of a supportive and multidisciplinary environment including psychiatrists, care coordinators, and community support specialists. You will be able to work in a small supportive team atmosphere while also working as part of a larger organization. **Basic Responsibilities:** - Provide brief psychotherapy to children and/or families, including intake and evaluation, and provision of individual, family, and group therapy sessions. - Assist clients to gain insight, define goals, and plan action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. - Manage case referrals and assignments, coordinating client care needs with other team members to ensure effective and wrap around approach. - Follow through with parents, teachers, referring physicians or agencies as needed in a timely manner to ensure optimal client service coordination. - Document provision of services in our electronic medical record in a timely and professional manner. **Training opportunities:** - We provide training and consultation in **evidenced-based practices** to treat a wide variety of presenting problems, including Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC) training for all Child Clinicians. - In-service and CEU opportunities. - Free supervision towards NH State Licensure provided for eligible staff. ## Requirements **Required Education and Experience:** - **Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or equivalent clinical discipline** - **Eligibility for licensure in the State of New Hampshire** - **Some experience workin…
