Your journey starts here! **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Kids Club Lead Associate works under the general direction of the Kids Club Director to ensure smooth program operations. The Kids Club Lead Associate will provide operational expertise to the department and train staff on programs, policies and procedures and systems. Programs may include Childcare, Parent’s Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps. The Kids Club Lead Associate will supervise department operations in the Kids Club Director’s absence. **JOB LISTING DETAIL** - Villa Sport anticipates this job opportunity will close by July 15, 2026 and we have 1 position to fill in this time. These details may change at any time based on business needs. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:** - $19.90-$22.20 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role.
