Join a supportive team that's committed to helping both clients and clinicians thrive. **$3,000 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position!** (Bonuses are paid half after 90 days of full-time employment and half after 180 days of full-time employment.) **WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?** - Conduct assessments and treatment services according to Southwestern policies. - Perform diagnostic evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention for children and their families. - Provide individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy to youth and their families, either in the home/community or school setting. - Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals. - Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames. - Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies. - Meet efficiency standards which include chart management, production requirements and patient contact standards. **WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** - Applicant must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. - Licensed Professional (or temporary license, if candidate is an MSW in pursuit of licensure). Licensure may include LSW, LCAC, LMFT, LCSW, or comparable license.
