What You'll Love About This Role - Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential - Typical full-time earnings (25 sessions per week): $65,000–$75,000+, depending on caseload and schedule - A strong referral stream of children, adolescents, and families to help you build your ideal caseload - Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance - Manageable caseload expectations with full-time clinicians seeing a minimum of 25 client sessions per week - Minimal administrative burden—our team handles billing, scheduling, insurance, and referrals - Clinical autonomy to use the treatment approaches that best fit your clients - Supportive, collaborative team culture with regular consultation and peer support - Comfortable, fully furnished therapy offices designed for outpatient care - Opportunities for professional growth, supervision, and leadership if that's a path you're interested in What You'll Do - Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families - Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Utilize developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, pediatricians, and other providers as clinically appropriate - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes We're Looking For Someone Who - Is a fully licensed LPC or LCSW (or Wisconsin equivalent) - Holds a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another behavioral health field from an accredited program - Has experience providing therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5+) and enjoys working with families - Experience with play therapy, trauma-informed care, ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, neurodivergent clients, or family therapy is highly valued - Is organized, completes documentation in a timely manner, and maintains strong clinical boundaries - Values collaboration, authenticity, and being part of a supportive team Why Ellie?
