The next phase is scale. It starts with a clear product vision and an ambitious roadmap, delivered through an AI-centric approach, a solid architecture, and a proactive motion that leverages Classter's proven, unique expertise. To match that ambition, we are creating a new seat. As CPTO you own Product and Engineering together. It is product-led, the center of gravity is product, and it is a real technology leadership seat, not a product role with engineering bolted on. You report directly to the CEO, work alongside your peers the COO and the head of Sales, and lead experienced Product and Engineering teams already in place. What you will own Product vision, roadmap and prioritization, end to end. This is the core of the role, and more so as AI reshapes the product.
