The next phase is scale. It starts with a clear product vision and an ambitious roadmap, delivered through an AI-centric approach, a solid architecture, and a proactive motion that leverages Classter's proven, unique expertise. To match that ambition, we are creating a new seat. As CPTO you own Product and Engineering together. It is product-led, the center of gravity is product, and it is a real technology leadership seat, not a product role with engineering bolted on. You report directly to the CEO, work alongside your peers the COO and the head of Sales, and lead experienced Product and Engineering teams already in place. What you will own Product vision, roadmap and prioritization, end to end. This is the core of the role, and more so as AI reshapes the product. Product direction and priority arbitration across the company, done in the open with the CEO and the leadership team. The engineering organization: its structure, delivery, quality and growth. You lead it through its team leads and own its direction and standards. Alignment of Product with go-to-market, the ideal customer profile and Sales, so the company builds with intent and stops shipping ad hoc. Technical strategy and architecture, keeping the platform coherent, scalable and secure, and able to support the roadmap.
