The COO provides executive leadership for the organization's program operations, compliance, quality, and safety functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, safe, and compliant behavioral health services. The COO models Central Clinic's mission, vision, and values through ethical leadership, accountability, and operational excellence while partnering with executive leadership and leading program operations to advance strategic priorities, optimize organizational performance, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering with the President & Chief Executive Officer to execute the organization's strategic plan, operational priorities, and long-term organizational goals. - Provide executive leadership and oversight of program operations, compliance, quality improvement, risk management, and workplace safety to ensure the effective, efficient, safe, and client-centered delivery of behavioral health services. - Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies, procedures, systems, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives that promote operational excellence, accountability, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance. - Monitor operational, financial, quality, and compliance outcomes and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, service delivery, and achievement of strategic objectives. - Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Information Techn…
