In under a year they have surpassed seven figures in ARR, backed by top-tier investors, and count global enterprises and Fortune 500 brands among their customers. ### The Opportunity As Chief of Staff, you will work directly alongside the CEO of a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup, operating as a high-caliber generalist across strategy, operations, and execution. This is a high-agency, high-trust role for someone who thrives on ambiguity and outsized ownership. You will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, stepping into the highest-priority problems wherever the business needs them most. ### Responsibilities - Partner directly with the CEO on strategy, operations, and special projects. - Drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution. - Bring structure and rigor to decision-making and planning. - Operate as a force multiplier across the leadership team. - Take on high-priority problems wherever the business needs them. ### Requirements - Exceptional caliber and range, with the ability to operate across strategy and operations. - A background such as top-tier finance, consulting, or operations, often paired with an MBA. - High agency and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities. - Experience at a pre-Series C startup preferred, with a track record of wearing multiple hats.
