What You'll Do The Director, Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader responsible for helping drive the execution of SharkNinja's highest priority Operations initiatives. Partnering closely with the COO and Operations Leadership Team, you'll help translate strategy into execution, establish operating rhythms, improve cross functional alignment, and ensure our most important initiatives are delivered with speed, discipline, and measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and excels at bringing people together around a common objective. Strategic Leadership Partner with the COO to translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans with measurable business outcomes. Support execution of SharkNinja's highest priority initiatives across the Operations organization. Coordinate executive priorities, leadership decisions, and follow through across the Operations Leadership Team. Prepare executive presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, and Board materials. Drive Growth & Execution Lead cross functional initiatives that enable business growth, operational scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
