To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at [www.northcentralco-op.crs](http://www.northcentralco-op.crs/). **What you’ll do:** As Chief Financial Officer, you are a strategic partner to the CEO and part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing North Central Co-op’s financial strategy while leading key enterprise functions. You will oversee Finance & Administration, Asset Protection, and Information Technology, ensuring financial strength, operational excellence, and risk stewardship across the organization. - Lead the financial stewardship of the Co-op, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, financial reporting, tax, and compliance. - Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on short- and long-term strategic planning, enterprise decision-making, and policy development. - Develop and execute North Central Co-op’s financial strategy, including capital planning, investments, and merger or acquisition activity. - Provide financial insight and economic analysis on matters of significant impact, including pricing, cash flow, capital additions, and competitive trends. - Anticipate business risks and opportunities, ensuring strong financial controls, and regulatory compliance. - Lead NCC’s Enterprise Risk Management strategy by overseeing risk processes, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture of proactive risk awareness across the organization. - Lead and develop high-performing teams across Finance & Administration, Asset Protection, and I.T. - Collaborate within the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) to ensure alignment and best practices. - Support governance and Board reporting within the Co-op’s governance structure.
