Job duties include: - Understand and have the skill set to operate the automated hoist system. - General knowledge of the customer processing specifications that apply. - Understand and abide by the qualify policy for MAX Aerostructures - Be able to determine water break free surfaces when required - Be capable of determining daily etch rates - Responsible for reviewing the process line daily ensuring all calibration is up to date as well as the line is functioning properly - Understand how to rack parts for etch and pretreatment operations. - Ensure and abide by a quality product being produced by the process line that is in accordance with the customers specification which requirements are flowed down through work orders and procedures. - Generally trained on all other operations of the processing facility for additional resources in other areas when needed.
