Chart Analyst

We are seeking a Chart analyst to assist with auditing and tracking incomplete charts. The job is in-person onsite at our Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY. **Job highlights:** - Collect, assemble and complete retrospective chart audits. - Track incomplete charts and follow up on incomplete records with clinical/medical staff. - Maintain spreadsheets and other tracking tools. - Answer phones, copy/scan medical records, monthly chart audits. - Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm **Benefits:** - Defined benefit pension plan (employer funded) - 401k (employee funded) - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Life insurance at no cost to the employee - Flexible spending plan **Qualifications:** - High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years post high school education or equivalent. - Experience in a hospital or related office setting is preferred. - Knowledge of medical terminology a plus. - Proficient in word/excel preferred.
