But, if you have that trait, then you can change the world one resident at a time! - You have a dream of becoming your best self, whether that is career growth (maybe becoming an RN?) or providing the best cares in the world—either way you will change your life! - You are a team player and want to work with other team players. **What You’ll be Doing** - Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. - Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident. - Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives! - Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems. - Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. License/Certification: - RN License (Required) - LPN / LVN License (Preferred) Work Location: In person - Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - Must hold a **current Registered Nurse (RN) license** and must maintain license renewal - Positive, caring and customer-service oriented attitude - Current BLS and ACLS certificate required (Sage will cover the cost for certification) - Time management skills and great communication is a MUST - Have dependable transportation
