Daily Rate = $180 Not a benefits eligible position Location = Naperville North High School Essential Functions: Deliver lesson plans as instructed by the regular classroom teacher and/or school administrators. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students within the assigned classroom and appropriately respond to all emergency situations. Ensure the protection of equipment, materials and facilities as appropriate. Communicate in a positive way with all students, staff, and others. Manage student behavior which supports a positive learning environment Other Functions: May be required to participate in building events such as fire drills, evacuations, assemblies, etc. May need to direct activities of a classroom assistant(s) Qualifications: Active state of Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Willingness to work 5 days per week at the assigned school Physical Demands: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
